Terms of Service

1. Application

1. These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between Users and the Site regarding use of the Service.
2. The Site may establish additional rules or guidelines ("Additional Terms") for the Service. These Additional Terms form part of these Terms.
3. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

2. Registration

2. The Site may reject registration applications in the following cases without obligation to disclose reasons:

   2. Application from a person who has previously violated these Terms

3. User ID and Password Management

1. Users are responsible for appropriately managing their user IDs and passwords.
2. Users may not transfer, lend, or share user IDs and passwords with third parties. When a login matches registered credentials, the Site considers it use by the registered User.
3. The Site is not liable for damages resulting from third-party use of user IDs and passwords, unless due to the Site's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

4. Use by Minors

1. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian (parent, etc.) before using the Service.
2. If a minor uses the Service without such consent, the legal guardian may revoke actions taken by the minor under these Terms.
3. For viewing medical information, hair removal procedures, and similar content, we recommend users be 18 years or older.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

1. Activities that violate laws or public order
2. Activities related to criminal conduct
3. Activities that disrupt or interfere with the Site's servers or networks
4. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Service
5. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other Users
6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
7. Impersonating other Users
8. Activities that directly or indirectly benefit antisocial forces
9. Activities that infringe intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy, honor, or other rights of the Site, other Users, or third parties
10. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or repurposing of the Site's content
11. Automated data collection through scraping, crawling, or similar means
12. Posting or transmitting content that the Site deems to contain:
    1. Excessively violent content
    2. Explicitly sexual content
    3. Discriminatory content based on race, nationality, belief, gender, social status, or origin
    4. Content that encourages suicide, self-harm, or drug abuse
    5. Other antisocial content that causes discomfort
13. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Site

6. Service Suspension

1. The Site may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:
   1. Maintenance or updates to computer systems
   2. Force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
   3. Computer or communication line failures
   4. Cyber attacks, unauthorized access, or other security threats

2. The Site is not liable for any disadvantages or damages Users or third parties may suffer due to suspension or interruption of the Service.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

1. Users may only post or upload content for which they hold necessary intellectual property rights or have obtained required permissions.
2. Copyright for content Users post or upload remains with the User or original rights holder. However, the Site may use such content to improve Service quality, correct defects, and promote the Service, and Users agree not to exercise moral rights.
3. Except as stated above, all copyright and intellectual property rights for the Service and related information (including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks) belong to the Site or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, transfer, lend, translate, modify, reprint, publicly transmit, distribute, publish, or commercially use such content without permission.
4. Violations of this article may result in legal action under copyright law and other applicable laws.

8. Usage Restrictions and Account Termination

1. The Site may restrict all or part of Service use or terminate User registration without prior notice if:
   1. The User violates any provision of these Terms
   2. Registration information is found to be false
   3. The User is found to be associated with antisocial forces
   4. The Site otherwise deems Service use inappropriate
2. The Site is not liable for damages Users may suffer due to actions taken under this article.

9. Disclaimer

1. The Site does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of information on the Service.
2. The Site is not liable for any damages arising from the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. The Site is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Service (including advertiser sites and affiliate sites).
4. The Site is not liable for any actions Users take based on information on the Service.

10. Damages

1. Users who violate these Terms and cause damage to the Site or third parties are responsible for compensating such damages.

11. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

1. Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not become:

   2. Controlled by such organizations
   3. Substantially involved with such organizations
   4. Using such organizations for personal or third-party gain
   5. Providing funds or benefits to such organizations
2. If the Site determines a User falls under any of the above, the Site may immediately suspend Service and terminate registration without notice.

12. Service Changes

The Site may change or discontinue the Service content without notice to Users and is not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.

13. Changes to Terms

1. The Site may change these Terms at any time without notice when deemed necessary.
2. Use of the Service after Terms changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
3. For significant changes, the Site will endeavor to provide advance notice on the website.

14. Personal Information

The Site handles personal information obtained through the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Notices and Communications

Communications between Users and the Site shall be conducted through methods designated by the Site. Unless the Site receives a change notice through designated procedures, the Site considers currently registered contact information valid and deems communications sent to such contact as delivered upon sending.

Users may not assign or pledge their contractual position or rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without prior written consent from the Site.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
